Grosvenor Scholars

A $1 million endowment has been established to support the Grosvenor Scholars Program. Under this program, one or more Texas State Ph.D. students in geographic education carry out research tasks for one year at the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the National Geographic Society. Financial support for this innovative scholarly program comes from the Roy F. and Joann Cole Mitte Foundation and the National Geographic Society Education Foundation.
